SAINT FRANCIS - IN HIS OWN WORDS

Over a year ago a friend and Pastor asked me to consider doing a performance of Saint Francis. I kindly ignored his suggestion. After all, I have been focussing my performances (for 30 years) on those people closest to Jesus in both time and proximity. However, after the new Pope chose the name Francis my friend began to point his finger at me and said "See, you should have listened to me!". So now I have listened. I have been working on my research of Saint Francis and will shortly begin the process of writing my script. I plan to begin my performances of "Saint Francis - In His Own Words" in the Fall of 2013. I am already scheduled to perform Saint Francis on his feast day, October 4, 2013.

Back Together Again

Two of my most requested portrayals Simon Peter and Saint Paul are now available as one theatrical performance. You may now "book" a two act play, combining the two Portrayals "Simon Peter - In His Own Words" and "Saint Paul - In His Own Words".

THE DESERT PROJECT

The Visual Word, a network of film and video professionals, is partnering with Mark Price to develop a series of videos, studies and interactive online media featuring the stories of Simon Peter, Joseph, Judas and Thomas.

Mark Price, for over 20 years, has offered his portrayal of biblical characters through his own live audience performances and now through the partnership of The Visual Word will be able to offer the curriculum in an interactive video format.

ONE BODY, MANY PARTS

In celebration of the Apostle Paul’s birth, Mark Price, a San Diego native, decided to take his portrayal of Paul to the big screen. His theatrical performances has inspired numerous people in the community but now with the help of video, he has the capability of sharing his performances and the message of Paul–worldwide. TVW team was able to partner with Mark and his associates in developing The Story of Paul.

SAINT LUKE

Saint Luke was born a Greek and a Gentile in Antioch, Syria. He was a physician and it is very possible that he provided medical assistance to Saint Paul.

In the third Gospel, Luke emphasizes Christ's compassion for sinners and for those who suffer. One will also find in Luke's account of the gospel, a strong emphasis on the role women played in Christ's ministry.
